{"id":72346,"date":"2017-12-05T17:35:49","date_gmt":"2017-12-05T15:35:49","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/staging.sillon38.com\/?p=72346"},"modified":"2017-12-05T17:35:49","modified_gmt":"2017-12-05T15:35:49","slug":"developpement-du-gaz-renouvelable-dorigine-agricole","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.sillon38.com\/blog\/2017\/12\/05\/developpement-du-gaz-renouvelable-dorigine-agricole\/","title":{"rendered":"D\u00e9veloppement du gaz renouvelable d&rsquo;origine agricole"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 12px;\"> Ce mardi  5 d\u00e9cembre, Christiane Lambert, Pr\u00e9sidente de la FNSEA, Claude  Cochonneau, Pr\u00e9sident des Chambres d&rsquo;agriculture, et Thierry Trouv\u00e9,  Directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de GRTgaz ont pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 3 pistes d&rsquo;actions conjointes  pour acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer le d\u00e9veloppement de la fili\u00e8re biom\u00e9thane agricole. <\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12px;\"> Sachant que les op\u00e9rateurs de r\u00e9seaux gaziers affichent l&rsquo;ambition forte  d&rsquo;arriver \u00e0 une consommation de 30% de gaz renouvelable en 2030,  l&rsquo;APCA, la FNSEA et GRTgaz entendent donner une nouvelle impulsion \u00e0 la  convention initi\u00e9e en 2016. Avec un gisement de mati\u00e8re m\u00e9thanisable  d\u00e9tenu \u00e0 90 % par le monde agricole, l&rsquo;essor du gaz renouvelable dans  les territoires constitue une r\u00e9ponse prometteuse aux enjeux de  multiperformance du monde agricole et de lutte contre le changement  climatique.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Favoriser le financement des projets <\/strong><br \/>\nLe potentiel de d\u00e9veloppement de la m\u00e9thanisation agricole constitue un  atout majeur pour le d\u00e9veloppement \u00e9conomique du pays et de nos  territoires. Alors que l&rsquo;on compte aujourd&rsquo;hui quelques dizaines  d&rsquo;installations de m\u00e9thanisation agricoles qui injectent du gaz  renouvelable dans les r\u00e9seaux, ce sont plusieurs milliers de nouveaux  sites qui devraient voir le jour \u00e0 horizon 2030. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12px;\">Afin de soutenir les  porteurs de projet, l&rsquo;APCA, la FNSEA et GRTgaz appellent \u00e0 de nouveaux  modes de financement soutenus par les pouvoirs publics et mieux adapt\u00e9s  aux sp\u00e9cificit\u00e9s de la m\u00e9thanisation agricole. Ils s&rsquo;engagent au travers  de leurs actions au sein de la fili\u00e8re biom\u00e9thane \u00e0 faciliter la  relation de confiance sur le long terme entre les banques, les  financeurs et les agriculteurs.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Un accompagnement plus soutenu des agriculteurs <\/strong><br \/>\nAfin que l&rsquo;agriculteur devienne aussi producteur de gaz renouvelable,  les professionnels des mondes agricole et gazier souhaitent notamment  que la formation initiale des futurs exploitants soit renforc\u00e9e, de m\u00eame  que la formation professionnelle aux agriculteurs en activit\u00e9. Les  agriculteurs doivent avoir un acc\u00e8s \u00e0 des r\u00e9f\u00e9rences techniques et  \u00e9conomiques fiables, harmonis\u00e9es au niveau national afin de pouvoir se  lancer dans des projets de m\u00e9thanisation solides et durables.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Orienter et d\u00e9velopper la Recherche &amp; D\u00e9veloppement <\/strong><br \/>\nLe monde agricole souhaite amplifier la diffusion de r\u00e9f\u00e9rences et  d&rsquo;innovation sur de nouveaux syst\u00e8mes agricoles que ce soit dans les  domaines de l&rsquo;agronomie, de la vie des sols ou encore de la production  de biomasse adapt\u00e9e aux syst\u00e8mes de culture. \u00c0 ses c\u00f4t\u00e9s, les op\u00e9rateurs  gaziers investissent dans des programmes de recherche visant \u00e0 adapter  les infrastructures \u00e0 la mont\u00e9e en puissance du biom\u00e9thane.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12px;\"> Le  d\u00e9veloppement du <em>smart grid <\/em>(r\u00e9seau intelligent) et des  installations de rebours permettra de maximiser l&rsquo;insertion croissante  du gaz renouvelable au meilleur co\u00fbt pour la
