La culture de la noix est une  production agricole qui a une empreinte particuli\u00e8rement forte sur le  paysage. Ces derni\u00e8res d\u00e9cennies, la sp\u00e9cialisation dans la nuciculture  s\u2019est d\u00e9velopp\u00e9e jusqu\u2019\u00e0 devenir l\u2019activit\u00e9 principale pour environ un  quart des exploitations. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\">La concurrence accrue \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle mondiale  impose une productivit\u00e9 toujours plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e.
