D\u00e9but des  ann\u00e9es 90, la fili\u00e8re fromag\u00e8re du Vercors \u00e9tait vou\u00e9e \u00e0 dispara\u00eetre si  les producteurs n&rsquo;avai<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 9pt;\">ent  pas d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de prendre leur destin en main. La strat\u00e9gie de  d\u00e9veloppement de la fili\u00e8re est bas\u00e9e sur le respect du consommateur, de  l&rsquo;agriculteur, de son outil de production et de son territoire. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height:9pt; margin:0pt\"><span style=\"font-size: 9pt;\">Ainsi,  sur le Vercors, <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 9pt; font-weight: bold;\">on favorise la vente directe en v<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 9pt; font-weight: bold;\">alorisant les circuits courts<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 9pt;\"> et les \u00e9changes avec les clients. <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 9pt; font-weight: bold;\">Les vaches sont nourries de foin provenant uniquement de la zone g\u00e9ographique et sont \u00e9lev\u00e9es dans un syst\u00e8me extensif. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height:9pt; margin:0pt\">\n<p style=\"line-height:9pt; margin:0pt\"><span style=\"font-size: 9pt;\">L&rsquo;AOP du Bleu du Vercors-Sassenage se situe sur le chemin de la durabi<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 9pt;\">lit\u00e9.
