Un march\u00e9 organis\u00e9 par les producteurs de Rh\u00f4ne-Alpes avec deux r\u00e9gions \u00e0 l\u2019honneur, la Bretagne et l\u2019Aquitaine.<\/p>\n<p>Un rendez-vous convivial o\u00f9 l&rsquo;on a pu d\u00e9guster, acheter, discuter. Des contacts se sont nou\u00e9s entre producteurs et consommateurs.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-9263\" title=\"JP Duval\" src=\"http:\/\/staging.sillon38.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/10\/JP-Duval-1.jpg\" alt=\"JP Duval\" width=\"500\" height=\"356\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.sillon38.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/10\/JP-Duval-1.jpg 640w, https:\/\/www.sillon38.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/10\/JP-Duval-1-300x214.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>On a ainsi pu faire connaissance avec Jean-Pierre Duval (ci-dessus), venu de Saint-Servant-sur-Oust (56120). Les Duval,\u00a0 Marie-Eveline et Jean-Pierre\u00a0 ont un \u00e9levage de porcs fermiers n\u00e9s en plein air et \u00e9lev\u00e9s sur paille et accueillent dans leur ferme, tout au long de l\u2019ann\u00e9e, du 9 f\u00e9vrier au 6 novembre, des enfants (possibilit\u00e9 de s\u00e9jours vacances), et des groupes. Ils vous feront d\u00e9couvrir des saveurs nouvelles, de la viande mijot\u00e9e \u00e0 la cervoise ou \u00e0 la bi\u00e8re de chataignes, des rillettes, du p\u00e2t\u00e9 de campagne traditionnel, forestier ou subtilement garni d\u2019ananas, de pruneaux, de pommes ou de figues.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-9264\" title=\"JY Pri\u00e9\" src=\"http:\/\/staging.sillon38.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/10\/JY-Prie.jpg\" alt=\"JY Pri\u00e9\" width=\"500\" height=\"350\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Juste \u00e0 c\u00f4t\u00e9, Jean-Yves Pri\u00e9 (ci-dessus) , propri\u00e9taire r\u00e9coltant venu de Pleudihen-sur-Rance (22690) nous a fait go\u00fbter son cidre et son jus de pomme.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-9265\" title=\"les de Bortoli\" src=\"http:\/\/staging.sillon38.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/10\/les-de-Bortoli-1.jpg\" alt=\"les de Bortoli\" width=\"500\" height=\"500\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.sillon38.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/10\/les-de-Bortoli-1.jpg 640w, https:\/\/www.sillon38.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/10\/les-de-Bortoli-1-300x300.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.sillon38.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/10\/les-de-Bortoli-1-150x150.jpg 150w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Nous avons \u00e9galement crois\u00e9 Aline et Christian de Bortoli (ci-dessus), venus de Saint-Vincent-l\u2019Espinasse (82400), en costumes typiques du Tarn-et-Garonne. Tous deux regrettent d\u2019ailleurs qu\u2019ils aient \u00e9t\u00e9 les seuls \u00e0 avoir cette id\u00e9e. Aline a une proposition \u00e0 faire aux organisateurs du prochain SIA \u00e0 Paris. \u00ab\u00a0Il faut dire aux paysans de venir avec leurs habits traditionnels\u00a0\u00bb. Message transmis.<\/p>\n<p>Aline et Christian tiennent des g\u00eetes, chambres et tables d\u2019h\u00f4tes. La cuisine qu\u2019ils proposent est elle aussi traditionnelle, comme dans le temps, au chaudron et \u00e0 la chemin\u00e9e. Ils organisent des stages de cuisine canard gras, entre autres. (<em>voir leur site <\/em><a href=\"http:\/\/cuisinedantan.free.fr\/\">cuisinedantan.free.fr\/<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Nous y avons salu\u00e9 Didier Girard, dont nous avons pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 nagu\u00e8re sur sillon38 l\u2019\u00e9levage de bisons qu\u2019il exploite \u00e0 Rochetaill\u00e9e (Bourg d\u2019Oisans). Il \u00e9tait sur le stand des agriculteurs de l\u2019Oisans. Sans oublier Eliane Pouchot Camoz, venue des Adrets (Belledonne), que l&rsquo;on voit ci-dessous interview\u00e9e par l&rsquo;animateur en chef de ce congr\u00e8s.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-9266\" title=\"E\" src=\"http:\/\/staging.sillon38.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/10\/E-1.jpg\" alt=\"E\" width=\"500\" height=\"376\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Tous ces producteurs font partie des 5200 adh\u00e9rents du r\u00e9seau Bienvenue \u00e0 la ferme. Des agriculteurs qui se font un plaisir de vous accueillir dans leurs exploitations et vous garantissent des prestations de qualit\u00e9. Le r\u00e9seau Bienvenue \u00e0 la ferme, ce sont pr\u00e8s de 500 fermes auberges, 180 go\u00fbters et casse-cro\u00fbte \u00e0 la ferme, 2700 points de vente \u00ab\u00a0produits de la ferme\u00a0\u00bb, plus de 200 fermes \u00e9questres, 320 fermes p\u00e9dagogiques, 470 fermes de d\u00e9couverte, dix chasses \u00e0 la ferme.<\/p>\n<p>Il faut y ajouter plus de 650 chambres d\u2019h\u00f4tes \u00e0 la ferme, 900 g\u00eetes, 430 campings.
