En voici quelques \u00e9tapes. Le 14 f\u00e9vrier 1989, la cour d\u2019appel de Grenoble a, par arr\u00eat\u00e9, accord\u00e9 une appellation d\u2019origine \u00ab\u00a0Raviole du Dauphin\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb . Depuis cette date, l\u2019association de D\u00e9fense pour la V\u00e9ritable Raviole du Dauphin\u00e9 a oeuvr\u00e9 pour pr\u00e9senter un produit traditionnel de qualit\u00e9 \u00e0 ses consommateurs.<br \/>\nEn d\u00e9cembre 1993, les pouvoirs publics ne reconnaissent plus cette appellation d\u2019origine et ne la proposent pas comme indication g\u00e9ographique dans le cadre des proc\u00e9dures simplifi\u00e9es.<br \/>\nEn 1994 est r\u00e9alis\u00e9e la premi\u00e8re \u00e9tape de l\u2019\u00e9laboration du cahier des charges et du plan de contr\u00f4le en vue de l\u2019obtention d\u2019un signe de qualit\u00e9 : le Label Rouge, en collaboration avec Ulase, organisme certificateur.<br \/>\nEn parall\u00e8le de la d\u00e9marche Label Rouge, l\u2019Association r\u00e9dige un dossier de demande d\u2019IGP qui pr\u00e9sente l\u2019inscription du produit dans le terroir (provenance des mati\u00e8res premi\u00e8res et zone de fabrication) ainsi que l\u2019attachement historique, culturel et \u00e9conomique \u00e0 la zone g\u00e9ographique du Dauphin\u00e9.<br \/>\nEn 1996, le dossier d\u2019IGP obtient des pouvoirs publics (de la commission mixte) un avis favorable.<br \/>\nEn 1998, l\u2019arr\u00eat\u00e9 d\u2019homologation du Label Rouge de la Raviole du Dauphin\u00e9 parait au journal officiel. L\u2019organisme certificateur Ulase habilite les entreprises candidates et commence l\u2019application du plan de contr\u00f4le.<br \/>\nLe 8 avril 2003, l\u2019extension du champ d\u2019application aux p\u00e2tes alimentaires (sous position douani\u00e8re 192 02 20 99) du r\u00e8glement europ\u00e9en de 1992 a \u00e9t\u00e9 publi\u00e9e au journal officiel.<\/p>\n<p>Rappelons que L&rsquo;Union europ\u00e9enne dispose de trois syst\u00e8mes pour promouvoir et prot\u00e9ger les d\u00e9signations des produits agricoles et denr\u00e9es alimentaires de qualit\u00e9: AOP (appellation d&rsquo;origine prot\u00e9g\u00e9e), IGP (indication g\u00e9ographique prot\u00e9g\u00e9e) et STG (sp\u00e9cialit\u00e9 traditionnelle garantie).<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>AOP<\/em><\/strong>: d\u00e9signe la d\u00e9nomination d&rsquo;un produit dont la production, la transformation et l&rsquo;\u00e9laboration doivent avoir lieu dans une aire g\u00e9ographique d\u00e9termin\u00e9e avec un savoir-faire reconnu et constat\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>IGP<\/em><\/strong>: d\u00e9signe des produits agricoles et des denr\u00e9es alimentaires \u00e9troitement li\u00e9s \u00e0 une zone g\u00e9ographique, dans laquelle se d\u00e9roule au moins leur production, leur transformation ou leur \u00e9laboration.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em> <\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>STG<\/em><\/strong>: met en valeur la composition traditionnelle d&rsquo;un produit ou son mode de production traditionnel<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Le dossier avait \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9pos\u00e9 en 1994.
